Their net repeatable since repeating the questions over and over again deprived of any clue about what we want to seek is totally waste of time. The goal of evocative investigation is to describe. This should deliver factual, precise and methodical metaphors of phenomena without trying to infer causal relationships.

This does not answer questions around the how, when, or why a specific phenomenon occurred. A descriptive investigation comprises a question but no hypothesis. Observations are logged, but no comparisons are made and no variables are manipulated.  The correct answer is a descriptive investigation. An investigation which does not include hypotheses called descriptive investigation.
