THE BRIEF/INSTRUCTIONS
- Choose an organisation that you are familiar with (one where you work, have worked, or have access too).
- Choose at least one leader from within that organisation.
- A very brief description of the organisation and the challenges it faces in the current business environment
- Critically assess the link between the leader’s behaviour (e.g. transformational, ethical, emotional, and situational) and the organisations culture.
- Provide an academic assessment of the prevailing culture within the organisation, highlighting the impact on the leaders and followers.
- Critically assess how these impacts the organisations business performance.
- Conclusion.
If you have no experience to draw from you may use an organisation in the public domain that you would be able to research and use as a case study. However, you cannot choose an organisation from the following list:
