Assessment Task:-

In the health industry, hyaluronidase is used by clinicians for the treatment of hypodermoclysis. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that researchers have confirmed to have high effectiveness in solid tumours treatment (McAtee et al. 2015). It is a chemosensitizer, and therefore its antiadhesive property plays an instrumental role in supporting its role in the treatment of tumours (Ding, Liang, Zhou, He, Min, Jiang, and Zhu 2016). Poly (lactic-co-glycolic) acid (PLGA), is used as a drug carrier because of its biocompatibility property; it is classified as a polymer. Research has revealed that PLGA loaded with hyaluronidase can be instrumental in targeting cancerous cells within the body (Virlan et al. 2020). There is limited research that has been done to determine the impact of process variables used in the making of the hyaluronidase loaded Poly (lactic-co-glycolic) acid (PLGA) nanoparticles (Narayanan, Subrahmanyam, and Venkata Rao 2014). Nanoparticles are of great use, especially when it comes to the treatment of cancer.

The objective aim of hyaluronidase loaded PLGA nanoparticles is to ensure a high success rate for the treatment of cancerous cells.

The main objective of the research is to find the impact of the process variables on the manufacture of hyaluronidase loaded PLGA nanoparticles that are highly effective in cancer treatment.
